In Hortícola Cimarrón we have two systems of protocols for quality management:

  • The BPA (Set of actions that tend to reduce the potential for toxicological and microbiological risks throughout the production process: planting, cultivation, harvesting and transportation to the packing area).
  • The BPM (Set of actions that are implemented during packaging, storage and transportation of the product in order to maintain the quality and health of the product, preventing contamination during the process).
